BIC Awards Scholarships to 46 Employees' Children
BIC Graphic, a subsidiary of BIC Corporation, announced that $56,000 in scholarship funds were awarded to the children of 46 employees. The 45th Annual BIC College Scholarship Program awarded $130,000 in total to children of BIC Corporation employees across the US.
"BIC Corporation has awarded more than $2.5 million in merit scholarships to the children of our employees over the past 45 years," said Alexandra Malak, director human resources at BIC Graphic North America. "This year's recipients were selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants who demonstrated academic excellence and dedication to serving their communities."
BIC Corporation began its scholarship program in 1971 to support future leaders and to help employees’ children defray the cost of college and graduate school.
