At some point in your career, you’ve had customers who have fallen by the wayside or just slipped through the cracks. You might not even know why they’re gone. Throughout my career, I’ve made it a habit to reevaluate my clients every three months, taking a hard look at those who may have drifted away. Once I establish this list, I can evaluate them and focus on the top-tier A and B clients to determine who I want to reconnect with.
